MTV announced the nominations for the 2019 Video Music Awards on Tuesday (July 23), and Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift top the list with 10 noms each, including video of the year and song of the year.

Billie Eilish and Lil Nas X follow with nine and eight nominations, respectively. Both are up for best new artist, while the 17-year-old songstress is also entered for artist of the year, push artist of the year and best pop, among other categories. Lil Nas X’s smash “Old Town Road,” meanwhile, is up for song of the year, best hip hop and video of the year.

Two new categories this year include best K-pop and video for good. BTS and Halsey’s “Boy With Luv,” BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love,” Monsta X and French Montana’s “Who Do You Love,” TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s “Cat & Dog,” NCT 127’s “Regular” and EXO’s “Tempo” are up for best K-pop.

Video for good nominees include Halsey’s “Nightmare,” The Killers’ “Land of the Free,” Jamie N Commons and Skylar Grey’s “Runaway Train” featuring Gallant, John Legend’s “Preach,” and Swift’s “You Need to Calm Down.”

Republic Records leads the labels with 25 nominations, thanks to Swift, Grande and the Jonas Brothers, who earned four nominations, followed by Columbia Records, which has 24 nominations.

Starting now through Aug. 15, fans can vote for their favorite artists across 14 categories here. Twitter and Facebook Messenger users can also slide into VMAs’ DMs to cast an additional vote, and Alexa owners can ask their device to “vote for the VMAs” for “artist of the year” within the MTV skill. During VMA Power Hour, 1-2 p.m. ET daily, votes are doubled on the VMA website.
